One-to-One Coaching for the wellbeing and health of your organisation and individuals

Masterful coaching for the wellbeing and health of your organisation and the individuals within it. I coach people at any level, whether in leadership, HR, Wellbeing Coordination or any member of the team who wants support with their Mental Health, Wellbeing, confidence or coming back to work from leave.

My own workplace background includes healthcare, education, antenatal education and safeguarding. I have provided 121 coaching, team coaching and workshops within the NHS, Universities, faith-based organisations, charities and community projects.

Teams

Many employees report feeling disconnected or alienated from their bosses and or colleagues. Working remotely has exacerbated this for many. In a world of ever-increasing expectation and work life pressure, reconnecting your team is both vital and fun.

I hold a series of team workshops, using team coaching and Art of Hosting techniques to enable you to get to know each other better.  They’re fun, they’re challenging and they clear out prejudice and assumptions made about each other.

What my clients say..

“I would wholeheartedly recommend coaching with Bryony. The process has for me been transformative. The support she gave me was calm and accepting. It enabled me to talk about things in a way I wouldn’t normally. It’s incredibly subtle but I know that it has made a deep and positive difference to the way I think about myself and my wider life.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you willing to be our go-to coach to refer people to or that employees can use their wellbeing budget for on an ad hoc basis?
Yes. And I am happy to have a no cost conversation with them first to see if working with me would be the right choice for them at this time.
Our team has been through a lot and are carrying hurt and frustration. Would you be able to hold a session for us to start to work through what has happened?
Yes, in situations like this, we would work at a slower pace, giving more space for listening, saying what needs to be said and I would be ready to adapt the structure as we work through things, responding to what comes up and what is needed. I believe that putting time aside for this kind of work is crucial for wellbeing of all involved and for the sustainability of the organisation.

Return to Work Coaching Following Sick Leave

Just as Return to Work coaching following parental leave is a valuable support to offer colleauges, providing coaching on return to work following sick leave – whether that was due to physical or mental health reasons – can be hugely empowering and supportive and show your colleague that they are valued and that your organisation recognises that recovery is a process.  When coaching someone on return following a phase of poor mental health, I would have a conversation with that individual to check that coaching is safe and appropriate for them at that time, and if they are receiving therapeutic support, would ask them to have a conversation with their therapist regarding engaging in coaching, before going ahead.
